ارائه راهكارهاي ساماندهي كفسازي فضاهاي شهري به منظور ارتقا حضور معلولين حركتي نمونه مورد مطالعه: پياده راه بلوار شهيد بهشتي شهر يزد

Providing solutions for urban space flooring to enhance the presence of disabled people - Case study: Shahid beheshti Blvd. in Yazd

معلوليت به مثابه پديده اي زيستي و اجتماعي، واقعيتي است كه تمام جوامع، صرف نظر از ميزان توسعه يافتگي، اعم از كشورهاي صنعتي و غيرصنعتي با آن مواجه هستند. ارزيابي فضاهاي عمومي با توجه به نيازهاي معلولان و جانبازان و برنامه ريزي براي آن، يكي از ضروريات هر جامعه، بخصوص جامعه ماست كه بعد از جنگ تحميلي با جمع كثيري از جانبازان و معلولان مواجه شده است. با توجه به اهميت موضوع، در اين پژوهش به يكي از مهمترين نيازهاي معلولان و جانبازان در سطح فضاهاي شهري، يعني كفسازي مناسب جهت حضور اين گروه از شهروندان مي پردازيم. ايجاد فضاي امن جهت تردد و افزايش ايمني تردد قشر كم توان جسمي جامعه ، افزايش سلامت جسمي و روحي جامعه آينده را در بر خواهد داشت. از آنجايي كه اقدام به هر فعاليتي بدون مطالعه و شناخت قبلي، مضرات و صدمات زيادي را در بر خواهد داشت ،لازم است با مطالعه دقيق، ابتدا وضعيت موجود رابررسي كرده ،نواقص را شناسايي نموده وبراي رفع آنها راهكار مناسب پيشنهاد داد. هدف از تحقيق حاضر، تحليل و آسيب شناسي بلوار شهيد بهشتي يزد از جهت تردد معلولين و كم توانان جسمي و ارائه پيشنهاداتي براي مناسب سازي اين فضا جهت تسهيل حركت معلولين است. اين پژوهش از حيث هدف جزو پژوهش هاي كاربردي و روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش توصيفي-تحليلي است. به منظور جمع آوري اطلاعات،از مطالعات كتابخانه اي و اسنادي، مشاهدات ميداني استفاده شده است. يافته هاي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه اين فضا از نظر كف سازي به منظور حضور معلولين حركتي، وضعيت چندان مناسبي ندارد و لازم است تا در ويژگي هاي كالبدي فضا از قبيل شيب كفسازي، جنس مصالح، تسطيح مسير و ... اصلاحاتي انجام گيرد.

Disability as a social and biological phenomenon is a fact that all societies face, regardless of developments, including industrialized and non-industrialized countries. Assessing the public spaces with regard to the needs of the disabled and veterans and planning for it is one of the requirements of every society, especially our society, which faced a large number of veterans and disabled after the imposed war. Considering the importance of the subject, in this research one of the most important needs of the disabled and veterans at the level of urban spaces, that is, suitable boarding for the presence of this group of citizens. Creating a safe environment for traffic and increasing the safety of the low-income community, will increase the physical and mental health of the future community. Since any activity without any prior study and knowledge will have many harm and damage, it is necessary to carefully examine the current situation first, identify the deficiencies and suggest suitable solutions to solve them by an accurate study. The purpose of this study is to analyze and pathology of Shahid Beheshti Blvd. Yazd in order to accommodate persons with disabilities and physical inability and to provide suggestions for fitting this space to facilitate the movement of disabled people. This research is a descriptive-analytical study in terms of the purpose of applied research and research methodology. Field observations is used to collect information from library and documentary studies. The findings of the research indicate that this space is not suitable for flooring for the presence of disabled people, and it is necessary to make adjustments to the physical features of space such as flooring gradient, material genus, leveling the path, etc.
