The impact of strategic planning in education (a step for use in architectural education)

برنامه ريزي استراتژيك مقوله اي است كه در آموزش عالي اهميت بسياري دارد و اين اهميت در مورد آموزش معماري دو چندان مي شود. از اين رو هدف اصلي مقاله پيش رو، بررسي و تحليل ابعاد و ويژگي هاي برنامه ريزي استراتژيك در حوزه آموزش جهت كاربرد در برنامه ريزي مطلوب در حوزه آموزش معماري با توجه به شرايط جامعه معاصر ايران است. اين مقاله با استفاده از روش تحقيق كيفي، ابتدا انواع‌ بـرنامه‌ريزي‌ها را تشريح، سپس لزوم بـرنامه‌ريزي استراتژيك در آموزش و پرورش و مراحل برنامه‌ريزي استراتژيك را كه آگاهي و استفاده از آن در طراحي يك نظام آموزشي مؤثرتر و كارآمدتر حائز اهميت فراوان‌ است، مورد تأكيد قرار داده است. در طول مقاله سعي شده با توجه و تأكيد بسيار بر برنامه‌هاي مربوط به آموزش و پرورش، فرايند برنامه ريزي استراتژيك مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. با توجه به نتايج اين تحقيق، شالوده برنامه‌ريزي آمـوزشي در آينده، بـايد با در نظر گرفتن برنامه استرتژيك طراحي شود‌. از اين رو يك‌ الگوي‌ برنامه‌ريزي استراتژيك آموزشي جهت كاربرد در آموزش معماري معرفي گشته است تا بتوان از آن در برنامه ريزي فرايند طراحي معماري بهره جست.

Strategic planning is an issue that is very important in higher education and this importance doubles in architectural education. The main purpose of the present article is to study and analyze the dimensions and characteristics of strategic planning in education for use in desirable planning in the field of architectural education according to the terms of Iranian contemporary society. This paper uses qualitative research method, firstly to describe types of the planning, then to emphasize the need for strategic planning in education and stages of strategic planning that awareness about them and use of them is very important in designing an educational system that is more effective and efficient. The paper tries to emphasize on programs related to education, by examining the strategic planning process. According to the research results, the basis for training planning in future should be designed according to the strategic plan. Thus, a pattern of strategic planning has been introduced for use in architectural education to apply it in planning of the architectural design process.
