چكيده فارسي :
از آنجا كه زيستگاه انساني هنگامي مي تواند بيشترين مطلوبيت را براي انسان به همراه داشته باشد كه نياز هاي وي را در ابعاد مختلف زيست محيطي،اجتماعي،كالبدي و ... برآورده سازد و چنانچه هر يك از اين عوامل در محيط زندگي يك فرد فاقد كيفيات مطلوب باشد بر احساس و ادراك وي از فضا و در نتيجه بر سطح رضايت مندي او از محيط زندگي تاثيرگذار خواهد بود لذا مطالعه كيفيت منظر شهر ها تاثير دوچندان در ايجاد اين احساس دارد. براي رهايي از بحران بي هويتي و جواب گويي به ابعاد روحي و رواني ساكنين لازم است كه در طراحي منظر شهري از ويژگي هاي طبيعي،اجتماعي،كالبدي منحصر به فرد و از هندسه فراكتال كه داراي ذات طبيعي است در ايجاد شهري با سيماي خاص استفاده كرد. در واقع طراحي منظر شهري بر اساس فراكتال موجب سرزندگي شهر و ارتقاء كيفيت فضاي شهري مي شود و بستر مناسبي براي شكل گيري حس تعلق مكان در ساكنين شهر است و در ادامه مي تواند تمايل ماندگاري شهروندان را در شهر افزايش دهد. از طرفي كيفيت بسيار ضروري كه در همه شهرهاي زنده مشترك است پيچيدگي سازمان يافته است. معيار پيچيدگي به معناي هماهنگي،تنوع و ايجاد وحدت در مناظر شهري است. در واقع اين معيار باعث تحريك حس بصري و ارتقاء كيفيت فضا خواهد شد. از ويژگي هاي فراكتال پيچيدگي و غير قابل پيش بيني بودن است كه استفاده از اين قابليت ها مي تواند شهر را به يك رويداد هيجان انگيز براي ساكنين تبديل كند و آن را از يكنواختي در آورد. شهرهاي زنده في نفسه ويژگي فراكتالي دارند و اين ويژگي در كليه سيستم هاي زنده مشترك است. با بعد و ريتم فراكتالي مي توانيم الگوهايي براي طراحي منظر پيشنهاد دهيم در حال حاضر عدم طراحي فضاهاي موجود و بي توجهي به ذات فراكتالي كه در تمام سيستم هاي زنده موجود است يكي از مشكلات بي هويتي و غير قابل استفاده بودن مناظر شهري مي باشد. مي توانيم نظم پنهاني همراه با خود تشابهي فراكتالي در و به نياز انسان كه داراي خاصيت فراكتالي است پاسخ دهيم.

On the other hand, the very essential quality that is common in all living cities is organized complexity. The criterion of complexity means harmony, diversity and unity in urban landscapes. Living cities themselves have fractal properties, and this feature is common to all living systems. With the dimension and fractal rhythm, we can suggest patterns for landscape design. Currently, the lack of design of available spaces and the lack of attention to the fractal nature that exists in all living systems is one of the problems of identity and the unusuality of urban landscapes.
