از ويژگي هاي نوع انسان تفكر در معناي زندگي و كاوش در هدف آن است. خانواده و مدرسه در راستاي معنادار كردن زندگي و يا تسهيل درك معناي زندگي براي نسل جديد، مي توانند كاركردها و مسئوليت هاي تربيتي مهمي ايفا كنند. اگر والدين و مربيان بتوانند موقعيت هاي يادگيري روزمره و معمول را بيابند و از آنها در جهت پرورش و درك معناي زندگي توسط كودك بهره بگيرند، به نقش تربيتي خود عمل كرده اند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر اين است كه با كنكاش در وضعيت مدرسه و تأمل در فرايندهاي روزمرۀ موجود در خانه، موقعيت هاي يادگيري را بيابد و يا صورت بندي كند كه موجب شناخت متربي و كودك از معناي زندگي مي شود و در مواردي توسعه دهندۀ درك او از معناي زندگي است. اين پژوهش با توجه به مباني فلسفي زندگي معنادار از منظر اسلام، از جمله مبناي هستي شناسي، معرفت شناسي و ارزش شناسي و با استفاده از رويكرد و روش پژوهش استنتاجي و قياس عملي فرانكنا، روش هاي تربيتي توسعه دهندۀ معناي زندگي را استنتاج نمود كه كاربست آنها مي تواند همانند بهره گيري از موقعيت هاي يادگيريِ تسهيل كنندۀ درك معناي زندگي توسط والدين در خانه و معلمان در مدرسه باشد.
