بررسي تحليلي نقش تعليم وتربيت در جامعه پذيركردن كودكان ونوجوانان در مدارس

باتخصصي شدن وپيچيده شدن جوامع، نظام تعليم وتربيت نقشي عظيم در آماده كردن اعضاي جامعه براي ايفاي نقشهاي خود درزندگي اجتماعي وبه عبارتي جامعه پذيري آنها برعهده دارد. آموزش و پرورش به عنوان نهادي با كاركرد هاي متنوع جامعه پذيري ، فرهنگ پذيري ، آموزشي ، با بهره گيري از مواريث ديني و فرهنگي ، در كنار يافته هاي علمي انديشمندان و صاحبنظران بيشترين نقش را در ايجاد مهارتها و توانمنديها، انتقال ارزشهاي ديني و ملي به دانش آموزان بر عهده دارد. در پژوهش حاضر كه با هدف تبيين نقش نظام تعليم وتربيت درجامعه پذير كردن كودكان ونوجوانان انجام شده، با استفاده از روش كتابخانه اي وبا شيوه توصيفي، تحليلي واستنباطي ، به توصيف و تحليل كيفي نقش اين نهاد در رابطه با مسائل تربيتي وآموزشي كودكان ونوجوانان پرداخته است. پرسش اصلي تحقيق اين است جامعه پذيري نوجوانان وجوانان چگونه وازچه راه هايي وبا استفاده از چه عواملي انجام مي گيرد؟ با تتبع و دقتي كه در مباحث مهم تعليم وتربيت صورت گرفت مشخص گرديد كه توصيه هاي ارزشمندي همچون ؛ انتخاب مطالب مناسب ومطابق باهنجارهاي جامعه،اموزش مهارتهاي زندگي و اجتماعي، ايجاد توانايي مقابله باشرايط ومشكلات زندگي ، اموزش اخلاق ودرنهايت ايجاد مهارت انجام وظايف فردبه عنوان يك شهروند و... مي گردد.

With the specialization and sophistication of human societies, the educational system has gained a great role in preparing individuals for fulfilling their social roles or the socialization of a society’s members. Educational system, as an institute with different socialization, enculturation, and instructional functions, has the most important role in developing different skills and capabilities in students and transmitting national and religious values to them by using the cultural and religious heritages and the findings of outstanding scholars and thinkers. The present study aims at identifying the role of educational system in socializing children by using a library research design and descriptive, analytic, and inferential methods to describe and examine the role of this system in training children. The research question examines the quality, methods and factors influencing the socialization of children. Examining the important issues of education and training, it was found that valuable suggestions like choosing materials consistent with the society’s norms, teaching life and social skills, developing the ability to handle life problems and conditions, and teaching moralities help individuals to gain different skills necessary for their functioning as an efficient member of the society.
