تبيين معيارهاي ارزيابي عملكرد عناصر آموزشي در نظام تربيت جهاني: از منظر پرورش شهروند نقاد.

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي معيارهاي ارزيابي عملكرد عناصر آموزشي در نظام تربيت جهاني درجريان تحقق هدف پرورش شهروند نقاد مي باشد. از آنجا كه امروزه به واسطه جهاني شدن، سرنوشت تمامي افراد، سازمان ها و حكومت ها بيش از پيش به يكديگر گره خورده و تأثيرات اين فرايند بر تمامي حوزه هاي فعاليت بشري غيرقابل انكار گرديده است و به دنبال طرح مفهوم شهروند جهاني انتظارات جديدي از آموزش و پرورش به عنوان عامل معنا بخش به زندگي افراد و ابزاري براي پرورش شخصيت انسان و رفع نيازهاي اجتماعي، شكل گرفته است ؛ در چنين شرايطي آموزش و پرورش مي تواند و بايد به جوانان براي رويارويي با چالش هاي آتي و پيش روي كمك كند، بنابراين آموزش و پرورش نيازمند يك تحول و دگرگوني اساسي در تمام سطوح مي باشد. يكي از حوزه هايي كه نيازمند تحول است بحث تعيين معيارهاي ارزيابي عملكرد عناصر آموزشي اعم از مديران، معلمان و دانش آموزان مي باشد. اين كه چه معيارهايي براي ارزيابي عملكرد مديران، معلمان و دانش آموزان در عرصه تربيت جهاني را بايد در نظر گرفت؟ و ويژگي هاي مديران، معلمان و دانش آموزان به عنوان شهروندان نقاد چه مي باشد؟ پژوهش حاضر كه با روش تحقيق توصيفي- اسنادي انجام گرفته است به بررسي اين مسائل مي پردازد. چرا كه با توجه به اهميت مفهوم جهاني شدن و تأثير و توسعه روزافزون اين پديده، تحقق هدف پرورش شهروند نقاد نيازمند شناخت، معرفي و بررسي معيارهاي جديد و مناسب تري جهت ارزيابي عملكرد عناصر آموزشي اعم از مديران، معلمان و دانش آموزان در نظام تربيت جهاني مي باشد.

The aim of present study is the explanation of criteria for assessing performance of educational elements in global training system in order to foster critical citizen . Because of globalization ,the destiny of all people ,organization and governments are interrelated to each other and the impacts of this process on all domains of human activities seem inevitable . The new expectations are created from education ministry as promising factor for people life and tool for fostering human personality and meeting social needs in regard to designing the concept of global citizen ; in this situation education ministry should help youth in order to face future challenges . Thus education minister is required fundamental changes at all levels .one of the areas is the explanation of criteria for assessing performance of educational elements including managers, teachers and students . what criteria should be considered for assessing performance of managers, teachers and students in global training? and what are characteristics of managers , teachers and students as critical citizens ? The present study conducted by descriptive –attributive method considers these issues . Because of the importance of globalization and impact and development of this phenomena, the achieving nurture goal of critical citizen is required to understand, introduce and study new and suitable criteria in order to assess performance of educational elements including managers , teachers and students in global training system .
