الگوي تدوين چارچوب مدرسه انتقادي بر اساس ديدگاه متفكران انتقادي معاصر

هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحي و تدوين الگوي چارچوب مدرسه انتقادي براي آموزش و پرورش ايران مي باشد.به اين منظور ديدگاه متفكران انتقادي معاصر مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و دلالت هاي اين ديدگاه ها در قالب غايت،هدف،اصول،روش ياددهي-يادگيري،روش ارزشيابي،فضاي آموزشي،نقش معلم و دانش آموز،برنامه درسي و ساختار اداري مورد تحليل و استنتاج قرار گرفت.الگوي نظري پيشنهادي مدرسه انتقادي را داراي مسائل چندفرهنگي،ريسك پذير،محل نقد و بررسي و بروز ايده ها مي داند.دراين الگوفضاي آموزشي منعطف،مبتني بر تفاوت فردي و آزادي بيان است.نقش دانش آموز در اين الگو ، توانايي پرسيدن بدون دغدغه،مشاركت جوي منتقد و تحول گرا،تلاش براي خودآگاهي و اصلاحات تربيتي در مدارس مي باشد.در اين الگو معلم داراي آگاهي از مسائل و كاستي هاي اجتماعي و سياسي،احترام به همه ي نظرات و ديدگاه هاي مطرح شده در كلاس و تحول جوي منتقد است.

This research aims to design and develop a model framework for the Educationof Iran is critical school, In order to view contemporary critical thinkers examined. The implications of this view in a goal, purpose, principles, methods of teaching and learning, assessment methods, the role of teachers and students, curriculum and administrative structure were analyzed and conclusions. The proposed theoretical model school Radaray critical multicultural issues, risks, the review and development of ideas knows. In this model, a flexible teaching space, based on individual differences and freedom of expression. The role of students in this model, the ability to ask without concern, participation and critical climate change-oriented, striving for self-awareness and educational reforms in schools. In this Algvmlm social and political awareness of the issues and shortcomings, respect for all opinions and views expressed in the classroom and climate change is critical.
