Field and target : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of education on adaptive interpersonal communication learing in al-Mousan s knowledge of Rodehen guidance girl school. Analyzation method : To achieve this goal , 60 ( 30 experimental ) and ( 30 control group ) female student were selected through multi-stage stratified random sampling among female under graduate students in the academic year of 94-95 , were chosen . The present study is of akind : Before we were followed by a control group , the instrument used in this study was the interpersonal problem questionnaire ( IIP-32 ) by Hooham etal ( 1996 ) . The program of life skills training ( effective communication skills training ) was conducted during 8 sessions ( weekly 1 session ) according to the characteristics of the study , the hypotheses of this study were analyzed using SPSS version 20 software , which included analysis of variables , variables , two variables and multiple variables for verifying and rejecting hypotheses . Findings : The results showed that there was a significant difference between the scores of the interpersonal relationships between the control and experimental groups , which means that the training has seen a significant difference in the increase and control , which means that the training sifnificantly improves the inter personal adjustment of the adaptive effectiveness has been effective , this finding suggest that .
