بررسي عوامل مؤثر در تأسيس دانشگاه جندي‌شاپور

A Study on the Factors Made Gundrshapur University Founded

استان خوزستان به عنوان يكي از قديمي‌ترين مناطق مسكوني در فلات ايران افزون بر اهميت سياسي و اقتصادي براي حكومت ساساني داراي شرايط تأسيس مهم‌ترين مركز علمي نيز بوده كه به اعتقاد پژوهشگران به عنوان واسطه‌ي انتقال تمدن ايران باستان به دوره‌ي اسلامي قرارگرفته است. اين مركز علمي در شهري به نام جندي‌شاپور واقع بود و به همين نام نيز معروف شد. سؤال اصلي اين است كه چه عواملي در انتخاب خوزستان در تأسيس دانشگاه جندي‌شاپور تأثير داشتند؟ فرضيه‌ي مقاله‎اي خواهد بود كه توانايي‌هاي بالقوه‌ي خوزستان در زمينه‎هاي اقتصادي و اجتماعي افزون بر اراده و آگاهي شاهان ساساني در تأسيس دانشگاه جندي‌شاپور تأثيرگذار بودند. تهيه و تدوين مقاله بر اساس منابع و مآخذ تاريخي و به روش توصيفي و تحليلي خواهد بود. نتيجه‌ي مورد انتظار مقاله ‎اين است كه بايد در نظر داشت هرچند در تأسيس نهادهاي علمي اراده‌ي مسئولان و عوامل مالي مهم هستند، اما آنچه از اهميت به سزايي برخوردار است بستر و زمينه‌ي اوليه‌ي تأسيس نهادها ازجمله دانشگاه‎ها است تا شاهد آن نباشيم كه امروزه برخي مراكز علمي در ايران با هزينه‌هاي گزاف تأسيس مي‎شوند ولي خروجي و جايگاه مناسبي ندارند.

Khoozestan province as one of the oldest residential places in Plateau of Iran whose political and economic importance for Sasanian Kingdom was unignorable، had had the vital suitable circumstances for founding Gundeshapur، the most important scientific center which as scholars believe became a media for transmission the Iranian ancient civilization to Islamic eras and areas.This center of science founded in Gundeshapur city. The big question is this: What factors made khoozestan suitable settlement for founding Gundeshapur University. The writer of this paper believes that، in addition to Sasanians knowledge and awareness، the political، cultural، social and economic attitudes of khoozestan were the basic factors in this regard.This paper goes through descriptive، analytic method using a variety of historic resources.The expected outcome is to be : The suitable historic، social and scientific attitudes of khoozestan during the Sasanian period were the most fundamental factors for founding Gudeshapur، although The Sasanian rulers knowledge and awareness and finacial support in this case were unignoreable. Nowadays this phenomenon gives the Iranian officials good standards to choose suitable places for founding such universities to get acceptable outcome and not to waste time and finance.
