ورود اﺗﻮﻣﺒﯿﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ درﻋﺼﺮ ﻣﻌﺎﺻﺮ ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎ و ﺗﻨﺎﺳﺒﺎت اﻧﺴﺎن ﮔﺮاﺑﻪ ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎي اﺗﻮﻣﺒﯿﻞ ﮔﺮا ﺗﺒﺪﯾﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻃـﻮري ﮐـﻪ در ﺟﻨﺒﺶ ﻫﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺎزي وﺷﻬﺮﮔﺮاﯾﯽ راه ﺣﻞ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻌﺪدي ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد وﺿﻊ ﺣﻤﻞ وﻧﻘﻞ اﻧﺪﯾﺸﯿﺪه ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ وازآﻧﺠﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺤﺚ ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮏ و ﺣﻤﻞ وﻧﻘﻞ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺧﺘﻢ ﻧﺸﺪه و در ﻋﻤﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻓﯽ ﻣﺎﺑﯿﻦ اﻧﺴـﺎن، وﺳـﯿﻠﻪ ﻧﻘﻠﯿـﻪ، راه و ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﻃﺮاف اﺳﺖ. ﺣﺎل در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ ﻧﻘﻠﯿﻪ و راه ﻧﻈﺮات و راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎي ﺑﺴﯿﺎري اﻋﻤﺎل ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ اﻣﺎ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻃـﺮﻓﯿﻦ اﯾـﻦ ﻣﻮﺿـﻮع ﮐﻪ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﻃﺮاف واﻧﺴﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻣﻮردﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮارﮔﯿﺮد ﭼﺮاﮐﻪ در ﭘﯽ اﯾﺠﺎد زﯾﺮ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿـﺎز ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻣﻮردﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ وﺧﺴﺎرات ﺑﺴﯿﺎري در ﭘﯽ آﻟﻮدﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از آن در ﺣـﺎل ﺣﺎﺿـﺮ و ﯾـﺎ در آﯾﻨـﺪه ﺑﻮﺟﻮد ﻣﯽ آﯾﺪ. ﺣﺎل دراﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎن ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﺑﺎﻫﺪف اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﭘﺎك وﺳـﺎزﮔﺎرﺑﺎ ﻣﺤـﯿﻂ زﯾﺴـﺖ در راﺳـﺘﺎي ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﻧﯿﺎز ﻫﺎي ﻧﺴﻞ ﺣﺎﺿﺮو ﺣﻔﻆ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﺑﺮاي ﻧﺴﻞ ﻫﺎي ﺑﻌﺪي ﺿﺮوري ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد. ﻟﺬا در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺷﻬﺮ مشهد ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨـﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ وﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪه ﻣﻮردﻧﻈﺮﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ از اﯾﻦ ﺣﯿﺚ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ ودر راﺳﺘﺎي ﺣﻞ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت واﺑﺴـﺘﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﺴـﺌﻠﻪ ﺣﻤـﻞ وﻧﻘـﻞ درﺳﺎﯾﻪ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار در مشهد راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ اراﺋﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ.

The arrival of cars to cities in the era of human-oriented contemporary spaces and proportions to the car-oriented spaces has become the new urbanism movement, so that the new town and several solutions for improving the situation of transportation has been well thought out and since discussion of traffic and transportation to a termination and in practice the relationship between man, Vehicle, road and surroundings. In the field of vehicle and by the way, the comments and has been applied to many ways but one of the parties that the surrounding environment and should take into consideration is the human because in the wake of the creation of the required transport infrastructure environmental elements threatened and many different contaminants in the wake of losses caused by it now or in the future. In the mean, time to address sustainable development aimed at the use of clean and sustainable sources in order to provide the needs of the present generation and maintain essential resources for the next generation. Therefore, in this article the city of Mashhad as examples of this have been as studied in order to solve the problems is dependent on the transport issue in the shadow of the concept of sustainable development provided a comprehensive know-how in Mashhad.
