We propose an optical diode formed in a nonlinear Parity Time (PT) symmetric cell. In this structure, optical beam is entered into the gain side and the center of a PT symmetric cell in forward and backward direction, respectively. The results show that the behavior of the proposed structure can work as an ideal diode by interplaying of the Kerr nonlinearity and PT-symmetric structure.
