در سنت مهرازي، كالبد همتاي جسم و نور چون روح، بدان آميخته است. تغيير آهنگ تابش، از بام تا شام، تغييرات حسي و فيزيولوژيكي را به گونه اي نرم و آرام منجر گرديده و توالي و تكرار، عادت و انسي پديد آورده كه همزيستي و سازگاري با طبيعت، محصول آن به شمار مي رود. پس از انقلاب صنعتي و پيدايش منابع مصنوع نور، مرزهاي شب و روز(آسايش و فعاليت)، تغيير يافته و با ورود به عصر تكنولوژي و انقلاب عظيم نانو، مفهوم اين مرز به چالش كشيده شد؛ به نحوي كه برخي فعاليت ها در شب موجه تر مي نمايد. با اين حال بشر همچنان در آستانه ي اين تحولات بوده و محدوديت هاي بزرگي پيش رو دارد. هنوز امكان غلبه فراگير بر تاريكي ميسر نگرديده و حس ناامني و فقر امنيت رواني در غياب نور پابرجاست. زيرا بسياري از جرايم در تاريكي و با استفاده از فرصت ديده نشدن بروز مي كند. با مطالعه آمار وقوع جرم در شب و روز شاخص اصلي تفاوت آماري جرايم در شب و روز عنصر نور مفروض مي نمايد. از اين روي اين پژوهش بر آن است كه با ارزيابي مستدل و علمي راهبردهاي طراحي محيطي براي پيشگيري از وقوع جرم (CPTED) از طريق سنجش معيارهاي كالبدي مؤثر در دو محله شهر قزوين به تحصيل نتايج محصول پرداخته و با تغيير در شاخص نور و ميزان روشني يا تاريكي فضاها مقادير تغييرات در امينت هر دو محله را به شيوه اي متقن تعيين نمايد.

In Mehrazi tradition, the anatomy is as a body mixed with light as a soul. Reflection tone change from dawn to disk produces sensical and phqsioloqical changes in a soft and slow manner while sequence and repetition has produced a habit or familiarity and intmicy resulting in co existence and adaptability with nature. After industrial revolution and development of light and illumination resources, the borders of day night that is relaxation activity have been changed. Also, techniliqical era and Nano revolvtion have challenged the concept of this borderline so that certain activities are more justified at nights. However the human beings are still on the eve of these developments facing hard limitations. Still man has not overcome the darknes and insecurity and lack of Psychological security is in place as many crimes are commited in depth of darkness that is not being seen. A survey of crimes fiqures during days nights shows the index of the big difference between crimes committed at night compared to day light. while indicating the importance of lightning illumination. This research aims to clarify environmental desiqning strategies for crime prevention CPTED by a scientific explanation, using effective anatomic critcria evaluation in two neighborhouds in Qazvin to achieve product results determining the changes in security states of both neighborhouds through changing lightning illumination and the level of light or darknes.
