A Study of the Role of Modern Ignorance in the Development of Excommunicative Currents (Terrorism)

دنياي امروز هر چند با چالش‌هاي متعددي از تغييرات آب‌وهوايي و گرم شدن كره زمين گرفته تا فقر، موج آوارگان، تروريسم و جنگ‌هاي تجاوزكارانه منطقه‌اي مواجه است، اما در سال‌هاي اخير همگان اذعان دارند كه تروريسم بزرگ‌ترين چالش دنياي قرن بيست‌ويكم است. خاستگاه و آبشخور فكري اين تروريسم لجام‌گسيخته و سرطاني، جاهليت مدرن است كه بسترهاي لازم را براي جولان انديشه تروريسم و سازمان‌هاي تروريستي فراهم آورده است؛ همان جاهليت مدرني كه از نمودهاي آن، برخي رسانه‌هاي مدعي حرفه‌اي‌گري هستند كه هنوز با نعل وارونه زدن حاضر نيستند از اصطلاح تروريسم براي معرفي داعش استفاده كنند و همچنان از اين گروه تروريستي با عنوان دولت اسلامي ياد مي‌كنند. جاهليت مدرن در يك سطح دربرگيرنده دولت‌هاي حامي گروه‌هاي تروريستي است كه به‌رغم ژست‌ ظاهري مبارزه با تروريسم و جنجال تبليغاتي بر سر راه‌انداختن ائتلاف جهاني براي ريشه‌كني آن، در عمل به رشد و گسترش تروريسم كمك مي‌كنند. به همين دليل اين پژوهش در پي پاسخگويي به اين سوال مي باشد كه جاهليت مدرن چه تاثيري بر ايجاد و به وجود آمدن جريان هاي تكفيري داشته است؟ روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش تحليلي و توصيفي است و جمع آوري مطالب به صورت كتابخانه اي مي باشد. يافته ها نشان دهنده اين است كه تروريسم، يك كنش و پديده ضد اخلاقي، انساني و كنش مجرمانه است. تروريسم در جامعه قديم و جديد، از ماهيت جاهلي جامعه برمي خيزد كه نگاه جاهلي، منشأ برتر جويي و عملكرد گزينشي است. تروريسم با نگاه جاهليت، يك پديده نسبي گرايانه و يك كنش ذات گرايانه است. در نسبي گرايي، به جاي حقايق ، منافع ملاك هستند. از نگاه اين پژوهش غرب (آمريكا) عامل ايجاد جريان هاي تكفيري اي كه به صورت جاهليت مدرن عمل مي كند.

Although today’s world is faced with various challenges such as climate change, global warming, poverty, crisis of refugees, terrorism and regional aggressive wars, all people have claimed in recent years that terrorism is the major challenge of the twenty one century. Th e origin of this unrestrained and cancerous terrorism is modern ignorance, providing the background for terrorism thought and terroristic organizations. Th is is the case with the modern ignorance whose manifestation is that some media agencies claiming professionalism in their work are not willing to use the term “terrorism” to introduce Daesh. Instead, they use the Islamic State for this terroristic group. Th e modern ignorance on the one hand, includes governments supporting terroristic groups in spite of their apparent fighting against terrorism and propaganda on running global campaign to eradicate it, on the other hand contribute to the development of terrorism, in practice. For this reason, this study seeks to answer the question what is the impact of modern ignorance on the creation of excommunicative currents? Th e study methodology is analytical-descriptive and its data collection is based on library studies. Th e study results indicate that terrorism is anti-morality action, anti-human phenomenon and criminal act. Terrorism in the old and new society is the consequence of society’s ignorance so that ignorant outlook is the origin of superiority-seeking and selective performance. Terrorism along with ignorance outlook is a relativistic phenomenon and naturalistic action. In relativistism, interests are considered criterion instead of facts. According to the study, western countries (the United States) is the agent of creating excommunicative currents, acting as the modern ignorance.
