Improve the quality of urban highways (Case Study: Chamran Urban Highway)

گسترش روزافزون شهرها و استفاده بيش‌ازحد خودروهاي شخصي، باعث ايجاد مشكلات و آسيب‌هايي به محيط شهري شده است. مسيرهاي ارتباطي در مجاورت بافت‌هاي شهري شكل‌گرفته و بزرگراه‌ها به‌عنوان يك عنصر اصلي و حياتي مي‌باشند. احداث و ساخت بزرگراه‌هاي شهري ، راه‌حلي جهت بهبود دسترسي‌ها و همچنين كاهش بار ترافيك شهرها است. بزرگراه‌هاي شهري به جهت برخورد با مخاطبين متعدد از اهميت بالايي برخوردار و طراحي منظر آن‌ها روشي نوين در بهبود منظر اين‌گونه فضاهاي شهري مي‌باشد. نمونه موردمطالعه در اين پژوهش بزرگراه چمران در شهر تهران است كه يكي از مهم‌ترين بزرگراه‌هاي شهري تهران به جهت دسترسي‌هاي بالا، همچنين دارا بودن محور شمالي-جنوبي و قرارگيري در كنار مناطق مختلف شهري مي‌باشد. آن چيزي كه هم‌اكنون از ديواره‌هاي بزرگراه چمران ديده مي‌شود، ساختمان‌هاي فرسوده در بعضي قسمت‌ها ، جداره سبز گسسته، فضاهاي رهاشده و ... مي‌باشد، كه نياز به نگاهي جديد در طراحي بوده و موضوع اصلي در اين پژوهش مي‌باشد. نگارنده ابتدا به تحليل سايت موردنظر پرداخته و سپس راهكارهايي در جهت حفاظت و مرمت از اين منطقه بيان مي‌شود.

The increasing development of cities and the using of personal cars more than usual cause the problems and damages to the urban environment. The paths are formed in the vicinity of urban areas and highways are indicated as an important and vital component. Construction of urban highways is a solution to improve accessibilities and reduce the traffic load of cities. Urban highways play a main role because of contacting with large amount of people and their landscape design is a new method to improve the landscape of these urban spaces. The case study is Chamran Highway in Tehran where is known as one of the most important urban highway because of excellent accessibilities as well as having a north-south axis and its position along different parts of the city. What is seen now from Chamran Highway walls are old buildings, uncoordinated buildings, discreet green-spaces, abandoned places which requires new look at design. This idea is the main subject in this study. In this study, first the mentioned site is analyzed and then some strategies are proposed for protection and repairing in our case study.
