Application of Graph Theory and Matrix Approach Technique for Financial Performance Evaluation of Ceramic and Tile Firms in Tehran Stock Exchange Market

Investors in Iranian stock exchange organization usually buy their share based on incorrect information which results in failure. In stock selection there are a lot of criteria and each criterion isn’t independent of other criteria. Therefore, Graph Theory and Matrix Approach (GTMA) is a suitable method in this interdependent relationship framework.In this paper we used Graph Theory and Matrix Approach to evaluate financial performance of Iranian Ceramic and Tile firms that are active in stock exchange and finally rank these firms using GTMA.
