The aim of this study is to identify and rank the solutions of Knowledge Management (KM) establishment in supplychain in order to overcome the barriers. Prioritization of the solutions of knowledge management establishment helpsSupply Chain (SC) managers to concentrate on high rank solutions and to develop goals and strategies. This paperproposes a framework based on fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy multi-criteria optimization andcompromise solution (VIKOR) in order to rank the solutions of KM establishment in SC. The fuzzy AHP is used toassign appropriate weights of the barriers (criteria), and fuzzy VIKOR method is used to obtain final ranking of thesolutions of KM establishment in SC (alternatives). The empirical case study analysis of an Iranian gas metersmanufacturing organization is conducted. The proposed model in this study provides an effective and systematicdecision support tool for stepwise implementation of the solutions of KM adoption in SC.
