Hub location problems are widely studied in the area of location theory, where they involve locating the hub facilities and designing the hub networks. Previous studies in this area have not considered time as an objective as well as they assumed just one type of vehicles. In this study, a new model has been proposed with considering two objective functions that include both time constraints and mode for transporting goods. The hybrid PSO and Genetic algorithm method that is one of the substantially powerful solving methods is used for solving the model. Finally, a numerical example based on AP dataset is provided to illustrate the use of this model.
