Development of Fuzzy Short-run X -R Control chart

Due to the increase in variation in products, production is pushed from production line system into workshop in order to respond tothe commodities basket demanded by customer through producing different goods. By considering this subject, factories andproduction centers make low number of parts; which is not sufficient in ordinary conditions for estimating the statistics required forassessing control limits and such conditions have given way to discussing short-run control charts to solve the problem of datashortage for control limit estimation. In addition, we use fuzzy systems in order to have a more precise and acceptable study ofthe produced parts; so in addition to developing the range and mean- average chart in ordinary state, by studying this chart in fuzzystate, we could increase its capability as well.
