Socio-Resilience Supplier Selection with AHP-PROMETEE Approach

Due to the social responsibility of organizations, some disruptions are likely to happen to them. This study is an attempt to selectthe supplier with social responsibility and resilience, high quality, minimum cost and delivery service in the face of disruptions andalso to look into the history of the supplier profile. In this study, some sub-criteria, including cost, quality, delivery, supplier profile,resilience and social responsibility are considered for each factor to assess suppliers by AHP-PROMETEE method. Pairwisecomparison matrixes are determined by expert opinion and their internal consistency is checked. AHP method is used to evaluatethe weights of each criterion and sub-criterion. Then, the weights of each criterion in AHP are used in PROMETEE. PROMETEEmethod is applied as a powerful model to rank each supplier and select the best one. Preference conditions are considered for eachcriterion to develop the model with regard to preferences.
