The cross efficiency evaluation has long been suggested as an alternative method for ranking Decision Making Units (DMUs) in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The paper aims at ranking Decision Making Units (DMUs) with a model combining Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Trade Offs approach is an advanced tool for the improvement of the discrimination of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models. First of all, it solves a DEA model for every Decision Making Units, then the DEA models results are presented in such a way that the pair-wise comparison matrix is determined and full ranking AHP model solutions are achieved. In this new method (cross efficiency evaluation in Trade Off models of DEA ) we use management science in Ranking of DMUs with controlling inputs and outputs. The claim would be supported with numerical examples.
