Course timetabling considers courses could present each term in university. This timetabling should provide teachers, students and classes utilities. Also it should satisfy both hard and soft constrains.
In most universities student demanded courses are collected before each semester which is help better planning.
In this paper we consider a binary matrix based on Post-Enrolment Courses for the first time and use Simulating Annealing algorithm to solve the problem based on mathematical model
