Interactional Relationships of Factors Affecting on Sustainable Green Supply Chain Management (S-GSCM)

The purpose of this paper is to identify and prioritize factors affecting on sustainable green supply chain management (S-GSCM) considering their interactional relationships using a Grey-based DEMATEL approach. In order this objective, according to the literature, four main dimensions were identified which totally include 39 factors as most important sustainable green supply chain management. Then, to evaluate the interactional (cause and effect) relationships of the factors an online questionnaire distributed to professors and experts in this content area and finally 20 completed questionnaires collected. To analyze interactions of factors in each group using Grey-based DEMATEL method, first, experts’ viewpoint (under uncertainty) converted to grey numbers and then unified into a single viewpoint and subsequently normalized in DEMATEL in which total matrix of all factors are calculated. Finally, the values of R, D, R+D and R-D are calculated, which based on them interactional relationships of factors analyzed and sustainable green supply chain management effective factors prioritized. The results show effectiveness, influence, and relation of the factors.
