One of the most important problems facing quality management assessment based on ISO 9001:2008 criteria is ignoring weighted value of people according to the level of their skills and experiences in scoring ISO 9001:2008 criteria. In this paper, using Willis improvement model which is one of the methods of assessment and taking into account the weighted value of people in the process of scoring ISO 9001:2008 criteria, it is attempted to present a better and more realistic way for assessment. In this method, in addition to applying weighted value of people in the process of scoring, scores assigned to people are not smoothed and are considered in computations individually. Flexibility of the method lies in changeability of weighted value of people as well as varying number of people in each criterion. In this method, sum of error square and mean square errors in the proposed method and common method are 0.00053 and 0.0001, respectively which proves the validity and efficiency of the method.
