Real Estate Supply Structure and Unemployment

The relationship between unemployment and structure of housing market is often discussed. There is the modified approach of this relationship shown. By the using of OLS model there is the relationship between the real estate supply structure and unemployment presented. The four basic segments of real estate supply structure are investigate. The data were precisely collecting from old newspaper advertisements and analyzed by OLS model. The OLS model confirms the relationship between unemployment and flats ready for rent and between farmhouses ready for sale and unemployment. The possible explanation of this relationship is developed in the paper.
