Traffic, Education and Environment

امروزه يكي از نيازهاي مهم براي كشورهاي توسعه يافته و در حال توسعه ، ايجاد سيستم حمل و نقل كامل ، منظم ، گسترده وكارآمد مي باشد.مشكلات زيست محيطي به ويژه مسائل مربوط به آلودگي هوا يكي از معضلات اصلي كلان شهرهاي جهان است كه هر روزه بر ابعاد و عوارض جانبي آن افزوده مي شود. بر طبق آمار و اطلاعات موجود وسايل نقليه موتوري سهمي در حدود 60 تا 80 درصد از كل ميزان آلاينده ها را به خود اختصاص داده است و تقريبا 30 % از انرژي مصرفي جهان به بخش حمل و نقل تخصيص مي يابد. از اينرو دور از ذهن نيست كه يكي از منابع اصلي آلودگي هوا وسايل نقليه موتوري هستند . گازهاي حاصل ازاحتراق سوخت وسايل نقليه از مهمترين آلاينده هاي هوا به شمار مي روند. پس با توجه به اين موضوع اولين گام در فرآيند كاهش آلودگي هوا تلاش در راستاي كاهش ميزان تردد خودروها و نيز كاهش سوخت مصرفي به ازاي پيمايش وسايل نقليه مي باشد.در اين راستا به منظور دستيابي به اهداف فوق راه حل هاي گوناگون ترافيكي مطرح شده است . از جمله اين راهكارها استفاده از ابزار فرهنگ سازي ترافيكي براي كاهش و كنترل آلودگي هوا مي باشد. شايان ذكر است كه با استفاده از روش هاي آموزشي مناسب و ارتقاء سطوح فرهنگي افراد جامعه با بهره گيري از ابزارهاي مختلف مي توان تا حد زيادي در كاهش آلايند ه هاي هوا به ويژه در كلان شهري همچون تهران بهره جست.

The most important way for improving the environmental culture in society is recognition and have a good relation with environment .training have an impressive part in hole life , nowadays one of the important requirement for developed and developing countries is making a systematic , extended and competent transportation system .environmental problem , specially air pollution and its side effect is one of the biggest problem in mega cities and its proportion and side effects is increasing every day.according to statistical data and available information , motorized vehicles have a percentage about %60 to %80 from all pollutant and about %30 of all energy consumption in the world , is because of transportation .then it is not impossible to imagine that motorized vehicles have a very big role in air pollution.Gases that come out from vehicles have lots of pollutant, then according to the things that mentioned above, the first step in decreasing air pollution is try to decrease traffic and the fuel that vehicles use per kilometer, to achieve to this destination there are different traffic solutions,one of them is increasing traffic culture for decreasing and controlling air pollution .With using from good training method and increasing the culture in society it is possible to decrease the amount of pollutant in mega cities like Tehran.
