بررسي رابطه بين هوش معنوي مديران، دبيران و دانش آموزان با جو مدارس دوره متوسطه

امروزه يكي از عوامل موفقيت مديران، برخورداري آنان از هوش بالا مي‌باشد كه با استفاده از اين موهبت الهي سازمانها را در جهت پيشبرد اهداف خود ياري مي‌رسانند. از جمله انواع هوش مي‌توان به هوش معنوي اشاره نمود كه تاثير شگرفي بر عملكرد دروني و بيروني سازمانها دارد.از طرفي ايجاد يك جو مثبت و دوستانه در محيط كار بر عملكرد معلمان و دانش آموز تاثير گذاشته و آنها را در جهت خود كنترلي و خودكارآمدي نوآوري و خلاقيت رهنمون مي‌سازد. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي رابطه بين هوش معنوي مديران، دبيران و دانش آموزان با جو مدارس دوره متوسطه شهرستان ايذه پرداخت . روش تحقيق مذكور توصيفي است جامعه آماري شامل 61 مدير 350نفر دبير 10579 نفر دانش آموزان سال تحصيلي94-93 بود كه نمونه آماري شامل 400 نفر از مديران،دبيران و دانش آموزان در سال تحصيلي 94-93 بود كه با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي تعداد50 مدير، 154دبير و 196دانش آموز به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند.ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات دو پرسشنامه هوش معنوي كينگ )2012) و جو مدارس جورج پاشياردز(2000)بود. به منظور تحليل استنباطي داده‌هاي بدست آمده از ابزارهاي اندازه‌گيري از روش‌هاي آماري تحليل رگرسيون، ضريب همبستگي و تحليل واريانس استفاده شد. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه از ديدگاه مديران، دبيران و دانش آموزان هوش معنوي رابطه مثبت و معناداري با جو مدرسه دارد. وهرچه هوش معنوي بيشتر باشد جو مدرسه بازتر است در اين تحقيق 8 فرضيه وجود داشت كه به بررسي رابطه بين هوش معنوي و تفكر وجودي ـ معناي شخصي ـ آگاهي متعالي، گسترش حالت هوش در مديران، دبيران و دانش آموزان با جو مدارس پرداخته و 8 فرضيه مذكور تاييد گرديد.و رابطه مؤلفه‌هاي مذكور با عوامل جمعيت شناختي (سن ـ جنس- سابقه – مدرك) مورد تأييد قرار گرفت.

The present study examines the relationship between spiritual intelligence managers, Department heads and a students with secondary school schools Joe izeh. Spiritual intelligence is more appear school is a more open atmosphere in this r-8 there was a hypothesis that the relationship between the spiritual and existential thinking, intelligence and personal meaning of transcendental consciousness, expand intelligence on directors, Department heads and State students and schools with Joe 8 mentioned hypothesis was confirmed, and the relationship between the components of the mentioned demographic factors (age, sex, degree - histor) was confirmed.
