هدف اين تحقيق، بررسي رابطه بين سبك رهبري مربيان و موفقيت ورزشي ورزشكاران ناجا بود كه در آن رابطه بين پنج سبك رهبري مربيان (سبك آمرانه، سبك دموكراتيك، سبك حمايت اجتماعي، سبك آموزش و تمرين، سبك بازخورد مثبت) و موفقيت ورزشي ورزشكاران مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي همبستگي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق را بازيكنان تيم‌هاي فعال 7 رشته ورزشي بسكتبال، واليبال، فوتبال، فوتسال، هندبال، كاراته و تكواندو ناجا (60 نفر) تشكيل داده‌اند. نمونه تحقيق برابر با جامعه آماري در نظر گرفته شد. در اين پژوهش از 2 پرسشنامه براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات استفاده شد. براي بررسي رابطه بين سبك رهبري مربيان و موفقيت ورزشي ورزشكاران از ضريب همبستگي اسپيرمن استفاده گرديد. كليه فرضيه‌هاي آزمون در سطح تجزيه‌ و تحليل شدند. نتايج تحليل آماري نشان داد كه مربيان حاضر در تيم‌هاي ناجا بيشتر از سبك آموزش و تمرين و كمتر از سبك آمرانه و دموكراتيك استفاده مي‌كردند. به ‌طوركلي به نظر مي‌رسد با توجه به ماهيت آموزشي و تمرين مداوم و مستمر براي كسب مهارت‌هاي ورزشي، استفاده از سبك آموزش و تمرين و سبك بازخورد مثبت كه در آن بار انجام وظايف و تكاليف فني تأكيد مي‌شود و با توجه به اينكه در اكثر تحقيقات، مربيان از اين سبك استفاده مي‌كنند، مي‌توان اعلام كرد كه اين سبك‌ها، روش مناسب و كارآمدي براي تربيت ورزشكاران است و اگر مربيان نتوانند توانايي آموزش تكنيك‌ها و تاكتيك‌ها، يا درك استراتژي‌هاي رقابتي تيم خود و حريف را به ورزشكاران و حتي مديران تيم و هواداران نشان دهند؛ بدون ترديد هويت شغلي آنان متزلزل خواهد شد.
