هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبيين نقش عوامل جامعه پذيري در توسعه مشاركت ورزشي كاركنان شهرداري بيرجند است. روش شناسي پژوهش: تحقيق حاضر از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي است. به لحاظ هدف كاربردي و به لحاظ گردآوري داده ها ميداني مي باشد. روش گردآوري اطلاعات به دو صورت كتابخانه اي و ميداني است. با توجه به اين كه در اين پيمايش هدف، تبيين نقش عوامل جامعه پذيري در توسعه مشاركت ورزشي كاركنان شهرداري بيرجند بوده، لذا واحد تحليل در اين تحقيق، كاركنان و سطح تحليل، خرد است. يافته هاي پژوهش: تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي پژوهش و آزمون فرضيه هاي پژوهش نشان داد: 1. خانواده در توسعه مشاركت ورزشي كاركنان شهرداري بيرجند تاثير بسزايي دارد. 2. بين ارتباط همكاران و محيط كاري و توسعه مشاركت ورزشي كاركنان شهرداري بيرجند رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. 3. بين محرك هاي تشويقي و تنبيهي سازمان و توسعه مشاركت ورزشي كاركنان در شهرداري بيرجند رابطه معني دار و مثبت وجود دارد. 4. رسانه هاي جمعي در توسعه مشاركت ورزشي كاركنان نقش بسزايي دارند. نتايج پژوهش:نتايج پزوهش حاكي از آن است كه مسائل اجتماعي و فرهنگي نقش بسزايي در مشاركت ورزشي كاركنان شهرداري بيرجند دارد و بايد به اين مقوله به صورت جدي در ادارات دولتي پرداخته شود.

The aim of the present study the role of community participation in the development of sport specific factors are employees of the municipality of birjand. The results of the study: the results of the research suggests that social and cultural issues, the role of communication in sports participation of employees of the municipality of birjand and should this category to be paid in government offices in earnest.
