بررسي ميزان، عوامل و موانع مشاركت اعضاي هيات علمي و كاركنان دانشگاههاي آزاد اسلامي واحد شيراز و واحد مرودشت در فعاليت هاي ورزشي

The survey of Amount, factor and Obstacles of Participate in Physical Activities in Shiraz and Marvdasht Islamic Azad University Members and Staff

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي موانع بازدارنده مشاركت ورزشي و ارتباط اطلاعات ورزشي، عوامل اجتماعي، عوامل اقتصادي و ادراك شخصي با مشاركت ورزشي اعضاي هيات علمي و كاركنان استان فارس بررسي شد. تحقيق حاضر از نوع توصيفي و روش همبستگي و علي مقايسه اي است. بدين منظور تعداد 704 نفر با استفاده از نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده از بين اعضاي هيات علمي و كاركنان انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات لازم، از پرسشنامه عوامل و موانع مشاركت ورزشي كوزه چيان (1378) استفاده شد. داده هاي جمع آوري شده با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و آزمون رتبه اي فريدمن مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كه ميزان مشاركت ورزشي اعضاي هيات علمي و كاركنان دانشگاه هاي آزاد اسلامي واحد شيراز و واحد مرودشت، از سطح متوسط نيز پايين تر مي باشد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه ميزان ادراك شخصي از ورزش هاي تفريحي اعضاي هيات علمي و كاركنان در سطح متوسط و ميزان اطلاعات ورزشي آنها در سطح بسيار ضعيف مي باشد. بين اطلاعات ورزشي و مشاركت ورزشي اعضاي هيات علمي و كاركنان رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه عدم علاقه به ورزش مهمترين عامل بازدارنده فردي، عدم همراهي دوستان در فعاليت هاي ورزشي مهمترين عامل بازدارنده بين فردي و عدم استفاده از مربيان با تجربه مهمترين عامل بازدارنده ساختاري در مشاركت ورزشي مي باشد .

The aim of the present study was to investigate the obstacles preventing the participation of sport and sports information communication, social factors, economic factors and the personal perception of the sport with the participation of faculty members and employees of Fars province. The present research of the type of descriptive and correlational methods and comparison. Therefore the number of 704 people by using simple random sampling from among faculty members and staff. To collect the necessary information, sport participation and barriers factors questionnaire Qian jug (1378) was used. The data collected with the use of Pearson and a ranking test, Friedman studied. The results of this study showed that sports participation rate of faculty members and staff of the Islamic Azad University of marvdasht and Shiraz units, lower than the average level as well. The results also showed that the amount of the personal perception of the recreational sports faculty members and employees at the level of the medium and the amount of information in a very weak level of their sport. Sports information and sports participation among faculty members and staff, there is a significant relationship. Also, the results showed that the lack of interest in the sport the most important deterrent to accompany the individual, lack of friends in sporting activities is the most important interpersonal and non-deterrent use trainers with experience in sports participation is the most important structural deterrent.
