The relationship between support staff strive to provide services in Gorgan Municipality Cultural and Sport staff

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، تعيين ارتباط بين حمايت از كاركنان با تلاش براي ارايه خدمات در كاركنان سازمان فرهنگي ورزشي شهرداري گرگان بود. تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش تحقيق توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي مي‌باشد كه به صورت ميداني اجرا شده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل كليه كاركنان بخش ورزشي سازمان فرهنگي ورزشي شهرداري گرگان به تعداد 110 نفر در سال 1394 بود كه 86 نفر از اين تعداد به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري داده‌هاي تحقيق از پرسشنامه حمايت سازماني ياواس و باباكوس2009) ) و تلاش براي ارايه خدمات مهر و بيتنر (1995) استفاده شد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه بين حمايت از كاركنان با تلاش براي ارايه خدمات در كاركنان سازمان فرهنگي ورزشي شهرداري گرگان رابطه مثبت و معني‌داري وجود دارد. چنان‌چه كاركنان سازمان احساس كنند كه مديران و سرپرستان آن‌ها، براي كار آن‌ها ارزش قايل هستند، با تمام وجود براي سازمان تلاش خواهند كرد و اين امر مي‌تواند موجب افزايش مشتري مداري، رضايت شغلي، وفاداري و در نهايت بهبود عمل‌كرد، منجر به تلاش براي ارايه خدمات بهتر در كاركنان مي‌گردد.

The aim of this study to determine the relationship between the protection of the staff by trying to provide services in the municipal sports and Cultural Organization staff was salmanshahr. Research in terms of the objective applied, and in terms of research methodology descriptive and correlation that has been implemented in the form field. The statistical population consists of all of the research staff of the Athletic Department sports and Cultural Organization of the municipality of Gorgan to 110 the number of people in the years 1394 which was 86 out of this number were selected as the statistical sample. The findings of the investigation showed that between the support staff by trying to provide a service on the staff of the municipal sports and cultural organizations is a positive and statistically significant relationship between Gorgan there. If the staff of the organization feel that managers and supervisors, are starting to work there, with all the values for the Organization will attempt and this could increase customer loyalty, job satisfaction, and ultimately improve the practice, resulting in an effort to better service the staff. .
