بررسي رابطه سرمايه اجتماعي با سلامت روان دركاركنان فعال و غير فعال ورزشي

Investigate the relationship between social capital and mental health in both active and inactive employees

در اين پژوهش توصيفي-همبستگي هدف بررسي رابطه سرمايه اجتماعي باسلامت روان دركاركنان فعال وغيرفعال تربيت بدني مي باشد.درصورت وجود سلامت روان افراد قادرند به دور از تعارضات رفتاري عمل كنند واين روند باوجود سرمايه اجتماعي ممكن مي شود.جامعه آماري اين پژوهش را كاركنان تربيت بدني آموزش وپرورش ناحيه 4مشهد تشكيل مي دهد كه تعداد آن ها159نفربود(57نفر فعال و102نفرغيرفعال)نمونه آماري با استفاده ازفرمول كوكران103نفر(37نفرفعال و66نفرغيرفعال)ابزاراندازه گيري دراين تحقيق پرسشنامه استاندارد سرمايه اجتماعي اونيكس وبولن (2000) وپرسشنامه سلامت روان گلدبرگ(GHQ28,1969) بودند. داده هاي اماري ازطريق ضريب همبستگي پيرسون وآزمون مقايسه اي(t)درگروه هاي مستقل موردبررسي قرار گرفتند.نتايج تحقيق حاكي از وجود رابطه معني داري بين سرمايه اجتماعي وسلامت روان بود.بين افراد فعال وغير فعال ورزشي براساس متغيرهاي تحقيق تفاوت معني داري مشاهده گرديد.
