بررسي ارتباط بين اعتماد و هويت با وفاداري تماشاگران ليگ برتر فوتبال

The relationship between the trust and loyalty of audience identification with the Major League Soccer

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي ارتباط اعتماد و هويت در ايجاد و حفظ وفاداري تماشاگران فوتبال مي‌باشد. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف، كاربردي است و از نظر نحوه اجرا به نوعي پيمايشي با رويكرد همبستگي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق تماشاگران مسابقات فوتبال هستند كه حجم نمونه بر اساس جامعه آماري به روش كوكران 212 نفر تعيين شد. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسش نامه ووتساي و هانك مي‌باشد. كه روايي آن با استفاده از نظر متخصصان و پايايي آن از طريق شاخص آلفاي كرونباخ معادل 88% به دست آمد. اطلاعات جمع آوري شده بوسيله نرم افزار SPSS و AMOS از طريق آزمونهاي آماري در دو سطح توصيفي و استنباطي مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري (SEM) مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. با توجه به خروجي تحليل معادلات ساختاري مشخص گشت كه مدل پژوهش از برازش مناسب با توجه به شاخص‌هاي برازش مختلف برخوردار است.بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده از چهار رابطه فرضي پژوهش 3 فرضيه مورد تأييد قرار گرفت و 1فرضيه رد شد. با توجه به فرضيات مورد قبول قرار گرفته مشخص شد كه اعتماد به بازيكن با هويت بازيكن، هويت تيم با وفاداري، اعتماد به تيم با هويت تيم رابطه مستقيم و مثبت دارند .
