رابطه ابعاد انگيزشي و رفتاري هوش فرهنگي بر رفتار تسهيم دانش

Motivation and behavior aspect of cultural intelligence is one of the efficient tools for sharing knowledge among learners of educational system.This research was done with the aim of determining the relation between cognitive and metacognitive aspects of cultural intelligence and knowledge sharing behavior by descriptive method of correlation. All the high school girl students of Isfahan city made the target population of the research which were 387people and were selected according to Multi-stage random sampling method.Data collection tools consist of cultural intelligence questionnaire(Early&Ang)and Chenamanany modified questionnaire sharing knowledge which codified based on 5 degree scale Likret. Reliability of the questionnaires was calculated 0.716and 0.940 for Motivation and behavior aspects of cultural intelligence questionnaire and modified questionnaire sharing knowledge respectively by Cronbach Alpa Coefficient.Descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage,mean,standard deviation and inferential statistics such as Spearman correlation coefficient, variance analysis test (one-way) Loon test, t-test and post hoc test were used for analysis the data. It can be concluded that there were a direct and significant correlation between motivation aspect of cultural intelligence and sharing knowledge behavior (p<0.05) besides of cultural intelligence and knowledge sharing behavior (p>0.05). Finally, the results of this study showed that there werenʹt any relations between sharing knowledge behavior and parentsʹ education, type of region, educational level and school class.
