نانوتكنولوژي يكي از مدرن ترين علوم روز دنياست كه داراي خصوصياتي منحصر به فرد با كاربرد هايي در تمام زمينه هاي علم و فناوري است. يكي از حوزه هاي جديد تحقيقات طي ساليان اخير ٬ تلاش براي توليد و بررسي خواص اين ذرات نانوساختار بوده كه به معرفي نانوساختارهاي مختلف مانند نانوذره ها، نانوسيم ها، نانولوله هاو... منجرشده است . با توجه به ويژگي هاي اين ذرات و قابليت هاي فراوان اين ماده براي استفاده در صنايع به نظر مي رسد تلاش و تحقيق در زمينه توليد نانوذرات ٬ هم به لحاظ كاربردي حائز اهميت وافر بوده و هم مي تواند موجب شود، دانش فني توليد اين ذرات در داخل كشور همپاي ديگركشورهاي جهان رشد نموده و مراكز علمي و پژوهشي و صنعتي كشور از قافله علم و صنعت دنيا در اين زمينه عقب نيفتند. طيف وسيع كاربرد هاي اين نانو ذرات، تلاش براي دست يابي به روش هاي سنتز بهتر و كامل تر را براي توليد آن مواجه مي كند. روش هاي ساخت نانو مواد بسيار گسترده مي باشد. يكي از راه هاي توليد نانو ذرات فرايند سايش ليزري است.كه در اين تحقيق به اين روش پرداخت مي شود. از جنبه نو آوري اين تحقيق مي توان به ساخت راكتورتحقيقاتي،جهت ساخت و سنتز نانوذرات بااستفاده از روش سايش ليزري اشاره كرد. كه هم به لحاظ بومي سازي اين فناوري و هم به لحاظ جديد بودن روش داراي اهميت مي باشد.
