Ostracod faunas an available proxy in the paleoclimate change reconstruction is known ( Horn et al, 1998,2012) ostracod shells could be preserved climate condition by isotopy rate itself(Jones et al,2015)and other hands the ostracods shells if well preserved can be intrudes an available indicator of environmental conditions by determination of taxon. Such as salinity and sea temperature (Baltanás. and Danielopol, 2013), sea level change and light (Khosrov Tehrani, 2007). Ostracods assemblage investigation have been performed many studies of ostracods shells based on Isotopic analyzed in order to paleoclimate reconstruction. Such as Stevense 2001 and 2006 by isotopic analyses of ostracods shell on Zeribar and Mirabad lakes reconstructed seasonality change in early Holocene in the north west of Zagros. Grrifte et al,2001)in the Mirabad western Iran based on taxon, I of ostracod reconstructed a low sea level in early Holocene and rose of sea level in mid-Holocene. Lashkari et 1 corresponding author al, 2012 by an investigation of ostracod assemblage in Dasht e Arzhan present 12 Climate Phase during Holocene and (Jones et al, 2015) investigated a paleoclimate change based on isotopic analyses by ostracods shells in the Parishan Lake southwest of Zagros. According to a complex of southwest of Zagros atmospheric circulation and related to the environmental condition, there is question that how atmospheric ciralation react in the past and how the climate were conditions in the past. So we have taken a long core from Dasht e Arzhan in order to paleoenvironmental and paleoclimatic change investigation in order to paleoenvironmental reconstruction on Dasht e Arzhan basin in the southwest of Iran were taken 960cm core and treatment for Ostracods faun analyses based on (Boomer et al,2005). The subsamples prepared systematic and retreatment by HSL 2% and washed under the 250μ sieve and then extracted. Finally, the ostracods photographed by SEM2 [1] method and determined. Fig (1) shows Ostracods of Dasht e Arzhan wetland and table (1) shows the range of climate for any taxa of ostracods. For dating also four samples of the plant, pieces have extracted and sent to Radio Carbon Dating laboratory Poznan Poland. According to radiocarbon dating, we could estimate 15000 Cal during the long core. Therefore, we reconstructed late Pleistocene and thought Holocene. (Fig 2) shows the age-depth model of the case study.
