A Seismic Hazard Assessment was probed by attention on the Central Iran seismogenic zone. The earthquake data and faults were considered in a 200 km radius from Kerman County area.. This county locates in Based on the area of interest and other parameters such as faults strikes, seismic records, and geological structure, the seismotectonic model was determined. As a first step, an earthquake catalogue of the instrumental and historical earthquakes was prepared from different sources such as ISC, IRSC, IIEES, USGS, IRIS and EMSC, until end of 2016. After removing the same earthquakes for assimilating them, all the magnitude was converted to a uniform magnitude type (Mw). Furthermore, aftershocks and foreshocks were eliminated fromthe catalogue; using the Gardner and Knopoff (1974) method, then, 528 earthquakes remained, and their completeness magnitude for 3 periods, historical, the first period instrumental and the second period instrumental was calculated all of quakes, 4.8 and, 4.5, respectively. All active faults were recognized and their specifications determined. Then 13 area sources were introduced within the studied area. Seismic parameters, such as beta and lambda, were calculated using Kijko software, and the space distribution function portion of each source was calculated. In the deterministic approach, Pick Ground Acceleration (PGA) was computed using two attenuation equations, Zare (1999) and Campbell and Bozorgnia (2008) by using a software that was programmed in MATLAB software for Fars province. In the probabilistic approach, PGA were calculated using four attenuation equations that are Boor Atkinson (2008), Campbell and Bozorgnia (2008), Chiou and Youngs (2008), Akhar and Boomer (2010). The probabilistic approach was done on a grading area using a 10 km zonation map. The results of seismic hazard maps for PGA was calculated in 50 and 475 years. As a result, in the probabilistic approach, maximum PGA values in the periods of 50, 475 years were 0.341 g, 0.6 g and 0.616 g respectively. These all maximum PGA values centered on Andoohjerd and Golbaf. Also, using the deterministic approach and the two attenuation equations, the obtained maximum PGA values were 0.94g.
