Background and purpose: Continuous improvement in organizational performance, synergy creates immense ‎force that can support the forces of growth and development programs and create opportunities for organizational ‎excellence. Given the importance and necessity of this research is to identify the purpose of the relationship ‎between structure and function of the emergency 115 Mazandaran province.‎ Materials and methods: This study has two main variables, organizational performance and organizational ‎structure information related to these two variables, the questionnaire organizational structure, Frank (2006) and ‎information received from the emergency performance of Mazandaran were obtained. The population of this ‎study, all 115 emergency workers in the province to 449 people, with the sample, the sample size of 207 patients ‎were selected and analyzed. To analyze the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Friedman s rank correlation test was used.‎ Results: According to the results of the correlation, the correlation coefficient between organizational structure and ‎performance of 0.793 is obtained. The correlation coefficient of the complexity of the organization and ‎performance of the organization, 0.979, focus on the organization and functioning of the organization, recognize ‎the correlation coefficient between 0.493 and 0.287 were obtained in the organization and performance of the ‎organization.‎ Conclusion: According to the findings, the hypothesis has been confirmed in other words, the components of the ‎organizational structure (formalization, complexity and concentration) with emergency 115 Mazandaran ‎organizational performance province significantly positive Relationship.‎
