تاثير آزاد سازي تجاري براندازه دولت در ايران

در دهه اخير مباحث متعددي از سوي اقتصاددانان در مورد تاثير جهاني شدن و آزادسازي تجاري بر اندازه دولت مطرح شده است. آزاد سازي تجاري، مهمترين نيروي پيش برنده ي جهاني شدن است كه به عنوان حركت به سمت تجارت آزاد از طريق كاهش در تعرفه ها و ساير موانع تجاري تعريف شده است..همزمان با آزاد سازي تجاري و در راستاي همگرايي اقتصادي،اكثر كشورها به ويژه كشورهاي در حال توسعه به دليل مشكلات ساختاري اقتصادي،حداقل در كوتاه مدت با مشكلاتي روبه رو بوده اند.كسري حساب تجاري،بي عدالتي اقتصادي، فشار شديد رقابت و از بين رفتن قسمت اعظم بخش هاي مختلف توليدي ناكارا ناشي از فشار رقابت خارجي،برخي از اين مسائل است. سياستهاي آزادسازي تجاري برساختاركل اقتصاد اثر گذار است. از آنجا كه ميزان تأثيرپذيري هريك ازمتغيرهاي كلان اقتصادي ازاجراي آزادسازي تجاري بستگي به درجه ي وابستگي متقابل اقتصاد داخلي واقتصاد جهاني دارد، به همين دليل تعيين جهت و نيز ميزان تأثير اين متغيرها بريكديگر ميتواند دراتخاذ سياستهاي كارآمد ،مفيد واقع شود.هدف از اين مقاله بررسي تاثير آزاد سازي تجاري بر اندازه دولت در ايران بااستفاده ازداده هاي سالانه طي سالهاي)1393-1363)مي باشد.نتايج حاصل از برآورد مدل با استفاده از آزمون هم انباشتگي جوهانسون و روش تصحيح خطاي برداري(VECM) نشان مي¬دهدكه در بلند مدت رابطه مثبتي بين آزادسازي تجاري و اندازه دولت وجود دارد. به طوري كه با گسترش تجارت آزاد اندازه دولت افزايش مي يابد.
