بررسي تاثيركاربرد سيستم هاي اطلاعات مديريت بر بهره وري سازماني درواحدهاي تابعه ي شركت بهره برداري نفت وگازكارون

Study the effect of management information systems on organizational productivity in subordinated departments of karoon oil and gas Production Company.

باتوجه به اهميت بهره وري سازمان ها ونقش استراتژيك شركت بهره برداري نفت وگازكارون درتوليد نفت كشور هدف اصلي اين پژوهش بررسي تاثيركاربرد سيستم هاي اطلاعات مديريت بربهره وري سازمان در واحدهاي تابعه ي شركت بهره برداري نفت وگازكارون مي باشد. به اين منظوركاربرد سيستم هاي اطلاعات مديريت را برمهمترين مولفه هاي بهره وري سازماني يعني كارايي واثربخشي مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. روش تحقيق توصيفي- پيمايشي است كه به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي،پرسشنامه بين 90 نفرتوزيع شد. روايي پرسشنامه از طريق نظرات خبرگان محاسبه شده و جهت سنجش پايايي از روش آلفاي كرونباخ و نرم افزار spss استفاده شد كه مقدار كرونباخ كلي پرسشنامه 885/0 مي باشد. ازروشهاي تحليل همبستگي،مدل معادلات ساختاري و براي تجزيه وتحليل اطلاعات و برازش مدل از نرم افزار smart-plsاستفاده شده است. نتايج پاسخگويي به سوالات نشان ميدهد سيستم هاي اطلاعات مديريت بركارايي واثربخشي تاثيرمثبت دارد.

According to the importance of organization’s productivity and strategic role of karoon oil and gas Production Company in oil production in Iran, the aim of this paper is studying the effect of management information systems on organizational productivity in subordinated departments in karoon oil and gas production company, in order that, the using of management information systems on productivity components, that is, the efficiency and performance was evaluated. The research method in this paper is descriptive and 90 questionnaires were distributed among the experts and managers of the company. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by masters and for reliability of the questionnaires, SPSS software was used and the amount of cronbach’s alpha was 0/885. Also correlation analysis, structural equations and smart-PLS software were used to analyze the information. The results indicated that management information systems have a positive effect on performance and efficiency.
