توسعه روند جهاني شدن كسب و كار و بين المللي شدن فرايند ارتباطات؛ منجر به ايجاد بحران هاي رو به رشدي در عصر حاضر شده است. بي ترديد ماهيت بحران گردشگري مي تواند به صورت هر گونه رخدادي عملكرد طبيعي مقصد گردشگري را تهديد و فرايندهاي مرتبط با گردشگري را مختل و يا تهديدي براي امنيت گردشگران باشد. فضاهاي گردشگري شهري نيز در برابر بحران هاي انساني و طبيعي بسيار آسيب پذير هستند؛ كه توجه به ميزان آسيب پذيري اين فضاها در برابر مخاطرات طبيعي، تكنولوژيك و انسان ساخت، يكي از راهكارهاي بسيار مهمي است كه مي تواند در مديريت بحران گردشگري موثر باشد. آنچه در اين مقاله مروري در پي آن هستيم بررسي و تحليل مطالعات صورت گرفته پيرامونتبيين امنيت گردشگران با تأكيد بر مؤلفه هاي مديريت بحران گردشگري است تا ضمن شناخت و تبيين انواع بحران هاي مرتبط با صنعت گردشگري، مولفه هاي اصلي مديريت بحران گردشگري يعني امنيت، رضايت مندي و ساماندهي فضايي در فضاهاي گردشگري شهري و رابطه آنها را با توجه به مواد و روش هاي بكار گرفته شده در تحقيقات گذشته مورد بررسي قرار دهد.

The development of the process of business globalization and the internationalization of the communications process has led to the emergence of growing crises in the present era. Undoubtedly, the nature of the tourism crisis can, in the event of any occurrence, threaten the normal operation of the tourist destination and disrupt the tourism-related processes or threaten the safety of tourists. Urban tourism spaces are also vulnerable to human and natural crises; considering the vulnerability of these spaces to natural, technological and human hazards, it is one of the most important ways that can be effective in managing the tourism crisis. What we are looking for in this article is the study and analysis of studies on the exploration of the safety of tourists emphasizing the components of tourism crisis management, while recognizing and explaining the various types of crises associated with the tourism industry, the main components of the management of the tourism crisis, namely security, Satisfaction and spatial organization in urban tourism spaces and their relationship with the materials and methods used in previous research.
