بررسي تاثيرپذيري صفت توليد شير با صفت رشد در شرايط وجود نقص شجره‌ي پدري در گاو نجدي خوزستان

Study Effectiveness of Milk Production Trait with Growth Trait in Incomplete Sire Pedigree of Khuzestan Najdi Cattle

صفت¬هاي توليد شير، وزن تولد و وزن 18 ماهگي با وراثت¬پذيري 3/0، 45/0 و 13/0 گاو نجدي خوزستان با كمك زبان برنامه¬نويسي R شبيه¬سازي شدند. با تزريق خطا به ميزان 10، 25 و 50 درصد به شجره مقدار ارزش ¬اصلاحي برآورد شده محاسبه¬ شد و تاثير خطا بر روي شجره مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. براي تعيين اثر خطا بر شجره¬ي كامل و برآورد ارزش اصلاحي از نرم افزار Wombat استفاده شد. افزايش دقت انتخاب و انتخاب دام¬هاي برتر براي تشكيل نسل¬هاي بعدي باعث بهبود در روند پيشرفت ژنتيكي و ميانگين ارزش اصلاحي شدند. هدف از انجام اين تحقيق، بررسي تاثيرپذيري صفات رشد و صفت توليد شير(صفت محدود به جنس) در شرايط شجره¬ي كامل و شجره با 10، 25 و 50 درصد نقص در شجره پدري بود. خطاي شجره بر وراثت پذيري3/0 كه وراثت پذيري صفت توليد شير به شدت تاثير¬گذار بود. به¬طوري كه در0، 10، 25، 50 درصد خطا 0، 24/35، 87/47، 81/62 درصد كاهش ميانگين ارزش اصلاحي برآورده شده مشاهده شد. ناكامل بودن و نقص شجره پدري سبب كاهش روند پيشرفت ژنتيكي و برآورد ارزش اصلاحي در صفت توليد شير شد.

The milk yield trait, birth trait and 18-month,s weight trait were simulated with the heritability of 0.3, 0.45 and 0.13 Najdi cattle of Khuzestan using R programming language. An error rate of 10, 25 and 50 percent was injected to the pedigree and then breeding value estimated and effect of the error evaluated. The Wombat software was used to determine the effect of the error on the complete pedigree and estimated breeding value. Increasing of selection accuracy and selection of best livestock for next generations has led to an increase in genetic gain and average of EBV. The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of incompleness of sire pedigree on growth trait with Six-limited trait of milk production using complete pedigree and pedigree with 10, 25 and 50 percent of incompletion in sire pedigree. Pedigree error on heritability 0.3 which is the heritability of milk production trait (Six-limited trait) has strongly effected thus in 0, 10, 25 and 50 percent error, 0, 35.24, 47.87 and 62.81 percent reduction in the average of breeding value was observed. Misidentification pedigree and incomplete pedigree caused a decrease in the genetic gain and estimated breeding value for milk production trait.
