ارائه مدلي براي مديريت به هنگام پروژه‌هاي ساختماني با استفاده از مدل‌سازي اطلاعات ساختمان

Providing a Model for Real Time Management on Construction Projects Using Building Information Modeling

آشنايي با روش‌هاي نوين مديريت و به‌كارگيري آن¬ها مي‌تواند موفقيت پروژه‌ها را تضمين نمايد. يكي از روش‌هاي نوين مديريت، كنترل به¬هنگام پروژه‌ها مي‌باشد. مديريت به¬هنگام پروژه باعث مديريت و كنترلي دقيق بر عملكرد و روش‌هاي اجرايي پروژه¬ها مي‌شود. البته اين نوع از مديريت به‌سادگي ميسر نمي‌باشد زيرا يكي از ملزومات اصلي آن وجود يك مبناي از پيش تعيين‌شده مي‌باشد كه با توجه به آن بتوان تمامي ويژگي‌هاي پروژه‌ها را ازجمله اجرايي، زمان‌بندي، ايمني و مالي را مديريت و كنترل نمود. هدف از اين پژوهش معرفي فرآيند مدل‌سازي اطلاعات ساختمان، قابليت‌هاي بالقوه مدل‌سازي اطلاعات ساختمان و به‌كارگيري آن به‌منظور مديريت و كنترل مؤثر پروژه‌ها مي‌باشد؛ بنابراين ابتدا شرح مسئله و روش كنترل به¬هنگام پروژه‌ها بيان مي‌شود، پس از آن نيز به معرفي فرآيند مدل‌سازي اطلاعات ساختمان پرداخته مي¬شود. سپس با استفاده از پرسش¬نامه و بهره مندي از نظر و تجربه خبرگان ميزان و شدت اثرگذاري مديريت و كنترل به¬هنگام پروژه‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌سازي اطلاعات ساختمان بر روي عوامل اصلي پروژه تعيين مي‌شود. براي مشخص شدن مزاياي كنترل به-هنگام پروژه‌ها با به¬كارگيري فرآيند مدل‌سازي اطلاعات ساختمان در مديريت و كنترل پروژه‌هاي عمراني و شدت اثربخشي آن بر روي عوامل كليدي ديگر از تحقيق در عمليات نرم و به‌كارگيري تكنيك دي¬متل استفاده ‌شده است. درنهايت اين مقاله قصد دارد با ارائه الگوريتمي با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و نظرات خبرگان، راه‌حلي و مدلي براي مديريت پروژه¬ها به روش كنترل به‌هنگام پروژه‌ها با به¬كارگيري فرآيند مدل‌سازي اطلاعات ساختمان ارائه دهد.

Familiarity with the new management methods and their implementation can ensure the success of the projects. One of the new management methods is the real time control over projects. The real time management of the project can lead to accurate management and control over the performance and implementation methods of the project. Of course, this kind of management is not simply possible, because one of the main requirements is the existence of a predetermined basis, according to which, it can manage and control all the features of the project, including execution, scheduling, safety and finances. The purpose of this research was to introduce the process of building information modeling, potential capabilities of building information modeling and its application in order to effectively manage and control projects. Therefore, the description of the problem and real time control method of the projects was explained at first, and the process of building information modeling would be introduced then. Next, the extent and severity of the effectiveness of real time management and control on the main factors of the project would be determined using building information modeling with questionnaire and benefiting from experts opinions and experiences. To identify the benefits of real time control over projects using the process of building information modeling in management and control of construction projects and the severity of its effectiveness on other key factors, this study has used soft operations and applied DEMATEL technique. Finally, this paper was aimed to provide a solution and a model for projects management through real time control of projects using the process of building information modeling by providing an algorithm using library studies and experts opinions.
