چكيده فارسي :
اطلاع از چگونگي تراكم توزيع جمعيت جهت توزيع مصرف آب در جامعه بسيار ضروري است بنابر اين توزيع اب شهري و مناطق مسكوني بايد بگونه باشد كه نياز آبي جامعه را با فشار كافي در تمام دوران تامين كند. ميزان مصرف آب به عوامل متعددي از جمله شرايط اقليمي، وضعيت فرهنگي و اقتصادي، نوع جامعه، قيمت آب و نياز جامعه به صرفه جويي بستگي دارد. از جمله سياست هاي جديد تأمين منابع آب براي پاسخ به نيازهاي روزافزون جمعيت درحال افزايش كشور، بازچرخاني و استفادة مجدد از آب هاي غيرمتعارف است. دهه هاي اخير، مسائل و مشكلات مرتبط با آب در ايران از قبيل كمبود منابع و آلودگي هاي آن، افزايش خسارات ناشي از خشكسالي و سيل در قسمت‌هاي مختلف جهان و به ويژه در كشورهاي در حال توسعه، شدت يافته است وضعيت بحراني است، و اين موضوع در شهرستان تربت حيدريه-خراسان رضوي بيشتر به چشم ميخورد عامل اصلي بحران هم كشاورزي، مصرف بي رويه و عدم رعايت استاندارد هاي حاكم است. لذا با راهكارهايي بايد به دنبال كاهش مصرف آب رفت. در اين پژوهش مقدار مصرف آب دانشگاه تربت حيدريه به صورت عملي اندازه گيري شده است و با توجه به مصرف بالاي آب اين دانشگاه اقدام به طراحي تانكرهايي جهت استفاده از اب هاي هدر رفتي اب سردكن ها و سرويس هاي بهداشتي شده است و تحليل با نرم افزار اكسل، و در پايان مسائل اقتصادي در دو ماه بهمن و ارديبهشت مورد ارزيابي كامل و جامع با توجه به نرخ هاي تورم و تنزيل مورد بررسي جامع قرار گرفته است.

It is very important to know how population density is used to distribute water in the community, so the distribution of urban water and residential areas should be such that the water needs of the community are adequately maintained at all times. Water consumption depends on a number of factors, including climatic conditions, cultural and economic status, the type of society, the price of water and the need for society to save. One of the new water supply policies is to respond to the growing needs of the growing population of the country, the re-circulation and reuse of unconventional waters. In recent decades, issues and problems associated with water in Iran, such as resource shortages and pollution, increased drought and flood damage in parts of the world, especially in developing countries, is a critical situation, And this is more in the city of Torbat Heydarieh-Khorasan Razavi. The main cause of the crisis is agriculture, unbridled consumption and non-compliance with the governing standards. So, with solutions, you should seek to reduce water consumption. In this study, water consumption of Torbat Heydarieh University was measured in practical terms. Considering the high water consumption of this university, it has been planned to design tanks for use of waste water dischargers and sanitary wares and analysis with software Excel, and at the end of economic affairs in the two months of February and May, a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the inflation and discount rates are considered exhaustively.
