With the onset of the industrial revolution, the invention of cars and the expansion of cities, gradually the priority of the role of pedestrians and pedestrian spaces in cities and urban spaces was dimmed and the quality of space in the public arenas of the city, urban open spaces (streets and walkways) Theories that themselves play a pivotal role in promoting the sense of belonging to the place, the level of contacts, communication and social interactions among citizens. In this regard, the lack of attention to the human scale and the neglect of the needs of pedestrians are ahead of the problems. The lack and quality of the lack of quality on the pedestrian roads and the restoration of the residents to the area has led to the weakening of the presence and social interaction of citizens. Roads or pedestrians have been dedicated to turning residential areas into safe and enjoyable places for pedestrians. Today, urban planning and design policies seek to strengthen the pedestrian environment and eliminate barriers that eventually upgrade the sense of belonging, which limits our ability to easily and safely go and walk. The purpose of this study was to investigate and measure the tendency to the presence of consumer groups and to create conditions for the quantitative and qualitative improvement of the urban environment, increasing the presence, communication and social interactions of individuals with each other in a safe and healthy environment, eliminating environmental pollution and more important than All respect for pedestrian identity has been made as an important part of the access system in the form of a suitable footprint. The proposed subject (bridge pedestrian bridge) introduces special pedestrian paths and spatial areas to improve the quality of urban space. This paper examines the possibility of building a pedestrian bridge, from three physical, functional, and perceptual dimensions to assessing the quality of the environment. So, our question is how can we design a space that, by diversifying the part of the existing pedestrian center, will create the presence of citizens? It s gone and the lack of attention to the site will destroy it. Due to the location of the site, it is possible to reduce the interference of the rider and the pedestrian. Consequently, the most important goal of designing is to be able to create integrated management of the presence and creation of social interactions between citizens and businesses. This research uses an analytical-analytical method, then analyzes the criteria, examines the seven factors, and ultimately analyzes the integrated SWOT and the rules to present strategies, strategies and policies. At the final stage, suggestions are given that development of space Urban, for security and vitality, and so on.
