Multicomponent reactions (MCRs) including the fields of interest of many chemists and today enjoys a special place in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry. Multicomponent reactions (MCRs) in the synthesis of organic compounds are of great importance. It is therefore important that the products are in a stage without intermediate separation [1]. In this type of reaction, the concentration of three or more of the reactive composition, at the same time the product that formed the main part of all raw materials are included. One of these MCRs is the preparation of Dialkyl 2-(Dialkoxyphosphoryl)-3-(4-oxo-4, 5-dihydro-thiazole-2-yl Sulfanyl) Succinates derivatives. Organophosphonates have been used as substitutes for the corresponding esters and acids with high biological activity [2, 4]. Combinatorial chemistry heterocycles such as Thiazole due to various biological and pharmaceutical activities have been considered and a certain extend. This class of compounds in various pharmacological activities, as well as antimicrobial and antiviral activity demonstrated and therefore are a great therapeutic value. These compounds have shown Different pharmaceutical and also antibacterial and antiviral activities these compounds have shown; therefore they are of great remedial importance. In recent years, some more phenyl acetylene esters reactions of organic phosphine in the presence of protons was studied, all of them proceeding through a phosphites ylide intermediate [15, 17]. In continuation of previous works on the reaction of trivalent phosphorus nucleophiles and acetylenic esters in the presence of organic NH, OH, or CH acids, here we report the results of our study on the reaction between dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates (DAADs) and tri alkyl (aryl) phosphites in the presence of rhodanine by Nano-nikle oxide (NiO) Produced in an aqueous environment as catalyzed using microwave irradiation. The reaction of DAAD 2 with tri alkyl (aryl) phosphite 3 in the presence of rhodanine 1 leads to dialkyl 2-(dialkoxyphosphoryl)-3-(4-oxo-4, 5-dihydro-thiazole-2-yl sulfanyl) succinates 4 in good yields (Scheme 1).
