مطالعه آزمايشگاهي و بررسي اثر فركانس ارتعاش بر ميزان ميعان در شدت جريان هاي مختلف بخار آب در يك كندانسور عمودي

Experimental study and investigation of the effect of vibration frequency on the amount of condensation in the intensity of various streams of steam in a vertical condenser

در اين پژوهش بررسي آزمايشگاهي اثر فركانس ارتعاش و ميزان ميعان در يك دبي ثابت آب خنك كننده و شدت هاي مختلف بخار آب در يك كندانسور لوله اي عمودي مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. براي انجام اين كار يك دستگاه در مقياس آزمايشگاهي ساخته شد. بخار مورد نياز توسط بويلر تامين و از طرفي با استفاده از يك ويبراتور لرزش مكانيكي به كندانسور اعمال گرديد. در فركانس هاي مختلف ميعان حاصل اندازه گيري و اطلاعات جمع آوري شد. در اين تحقيق محدوده ي فركانس از 0 تا 192 هرتز متغير بوده است. روند تغييرت ميزان ميعان با مقادير به دست آمده در آزمايشگاه و با استفاده از نمودار هاي به دست آمده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. .نتايج آزمايشگاهي نشان داد كه با افزايش فركانس ارتعاش ميزان ميعان در دبي هاي مختلف بخارآب به ازاي هر دبي مختلف است. و بيشترين ميزان ميعان زماني است كه از توان 3500 وات بويلر استفاده شده است.

In this research, a laboratory study of the effect of the frequency of vibration and the amount of condensation in a steady flow of cooling water and different steam intensity in a vertical tube condenser was investigated. To do this, a device was created on a laboratory scale. The required steam was supplied by the boiler and on the other hand, a mechanical vibration vibrator was applied to the condenser. Measurements were made at different frequency of condensation and data was collected. In this research, the frequency range varies from 0 to 192 Hz. The process of changing the amount of condensation with the values obtained in the laboratory and using the obtained graphs was studied. The experimental results showed that by increasing the frequency of vibration, the amount of condensation in different steam vapor diffusion rates is different for each flow. And the highest amount of condensation is when the boiler is powered by 3500 watts.
