با توجه به كاربرد هاي كربن فعال و خاصيت جذب كنندگي آن و استفاده آن، در بسياري از صنايع و برنامه هاي زيستي و حذف آلاينده هاي گازي كارخانه ها و تصفيه هوا و همچنين جهت حذف ميكرو آلاينده ها، سموم در آب باعث شده تا با استفاده از منابع ذغال سنگ داخلي به عنوان ماده اوليه و بررسي شرايط دمايي و زماني مختلف اقدام به توليد اين ماده شيميايي با روش فيزيكي و با فعالسازي با دي اكسيد كربن در راكتور بستر ثابت بپردازيم. نتايج حاصل از داده هاي تجربي نشان مي دهد كه در دماي ثابت و با افزايش زمان، اتلاف وزني و عدد يدي و به دنبال آن سطح ويژه فعال شده در جاذب زياد شده و همچنين در زمان ثابت با افزايش دما، اتلاف وزني و عدد يدي و به دنبال آن سطح ويژه فعال شده زياد شود. در هر دو حالت پس از گذشت زمان و دماي خاص، روند افزايشي ثابت مانده و گاهي ممكن است كم شود.
