چكيده فارسي :
Today, the protection of the environment from pollutants, especially those with high shelf-life and mutagenicity, has attracted the attention of many researchers in this field. Also, if it comes with too much consumption of resources like water, it will intensify its importance. The wastewater of textile industry, due to the use of different methods, chemicals and colors, produces wastewater of different quality and quantity, so it is more important in the purification process than other waste products. In this study, decolorization ability of Azo-Reactive Yellow 145 with bacteria isolated from textile wastewater was investigated. The F14 strain bacteria showed high decolorization. This bacterium showed the highest percentage of decolorization (79 %) at 50 ppm, 37 °C, and pH = 8 after 3 days of heat treatment. The results of the spectra derived from UV-Vis attest to this issue.
