Biological Machines are a macrocycle which contain a dumbbell and a ring which ring can move on the ring depending on the environment of the macrocycle. These molecules can have many applications such as, biological applications, solar energy conversions, floursent applications and others. They can be used in molecular elevators, molecular valves and another types of these structures. Beaouse of importance of these types of structures they are in research and development in world in the existing fields, scientists are studing and trying to find new field of applications of these usufull and interesting molecules. In this article we wish to Preparation a new chiral and symmetry Rotaxane which can be used to Preparation carboxylic Rotaxanes for basic environments or converting it to carbonyl compounds. The wheel of this Rotaxane can be used in Preparation of etheric groups and antibacterial properties because of its sulfur atoms. We wish to Prepare this Rotaxane using clipping reaction.
