در اين پژوهش با استفاده ستون جذب اثر پارامترهاي مختلف روي كارايي كامپوزيت ژل كربوكسي متيل سلولز -پيوند-2- اكريل آميدو-2-متيل-1-پروپان سولفونيك اسيد (AMPS)- اكريل آميد- بنتونيت در فرآيند پيوسته جذب كاتيون مس مورد ارزيابي قرارگرفت. به اين منظور ابتدا كامپوزيت توسط فرآيند پليمريزاسيون راديكال آزاد توليد و سپس به عنوان جاذب مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. اثر پارارمترهاي مختلف غلظت اوليه يون، ارتفاع ستون جاذب، دبي تزريق بر روي كارايي جذب،زمان فرسودگي وMTZ)) مورد بررسي قرار گرفت.منحني هاي شكست براي بررسي تأثير هر يك از پارامترها رسم شد. نتايج نشان داد كه با افزايش ارتفاع در حداكثر ارتفاع cm)9 (و در كم ترين دبي ml/min) 5/4 (، زمان فرسودگي افزايش مي يابد. هم چنين با افزايش دبي،منطقه انتقال جرمcm) 2858/5 (كاهش مي يابد و در غلظت هاي ورودي زياد، منحني شكست تيز است كه اين موضوع دلالت بر كوچك بودن ناحيه انتقال جرم دارد.
